Certified in OSHA Res. Compliance laws and regulations.
Licensed and Certified Air and Water Radon Tester, State of Maine.

FHA/VA State of Maine Licensed Pest Inspector.
Experience in heating, plumbing and air conditioning systems.
Extensive experience in repair procedures and costs.
Certified in pool and spa operation.
